Customizing the user&#8217;s experience is simple and WHMCS makes it simple. In this guide, you can learn <strong>how to manage support tickets using the WHMCS ticket system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <a name=\"view-support-ticket\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>How to View a Support Ticket<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"article_list\">\n<li> <a href=\"\/support\/edu\/whm\/whmcs-login\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Click here to navigate to our guide and learn how to log into the WHMCS admin area.\" rel=\"noopener\">Log into your WHMCS admin area<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hover over the <em>Support<\/em> tab and then click on <strong>Support Tickets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You can hover over the <em>ticket number<\/em> and <i>subject<\/i> in the <b>Subject<\/b> column to preview the content of the ticket submission, or simply click on it to open the ticket.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Once the ticket is open, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the customer&#8217;s initial submission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Now that you are familiar with how to open and view a ticket submission, continue through the next section to learn <em>how to respond to a Support Ticket using WHMCS<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"respond-support-ticket\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>How to Respond to a Support Ticket<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"article_list\">\n<li> Open a ticket (<a href=\"#view-support-ticket\" title=\"Click here to scroll up to the instructions in the steps above to learn how to open a Support Ticket.\">as described above<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The subject (including ticket number) is displayed with the current status of the Support Ticket selected in the drop-down menu beside it. From this drop-down menu, select <b>Answered<\/b>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" role=\"alert\">\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b> Select which option best describes the circumstances of your reply. WHMCS uses this status to generate your Support Ticket statistics.
