This is where you can see any emails that have not been verified, then whitelist &amp; deliver, or permanently delete them. We recommend <a href=\"\/support\/email\/blacklist-check\/whitelist-blacklist-ignore\/\">whitelisting<\/a> any email addresses you are expecting mail from, to avoid it getting queued.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"review-queue\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Review BoxTrapper Mail Queue<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"article_list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/support\/edu\/cpanel\/how-to-log-into-cpanel\/\">Log into your cPanel<\/a>.\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the <b>Boxtrapper<\/b> link in the <em>Email<\/em> section of cPanel.\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the <em>Boxtrapper<\/em> page click the <b>Manage<\/b> link next to the email account you want to modify.\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the <b>Review Queue<\/b> link on the BoxTrapper configuration page.\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>You will then see any queued emails listed.
