Tracking Email Delivery<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into your cPanel<\/a>.\n
    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Track Delivery<\/b> link in the Email<\/em> section.\n
    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  3. To search for a specific address, enter the Recipient Email<\/b> then click the Run Report<\/b> button.\n
    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  4. You will see the emails listed. Check the boxes to show successes<\/em>, show deferred<\/em>, show failures<\/em>, or show in-progress<\/em> emails.\n

  5. Next to the email, click the blue button under Actions<\/em> to view information about the email transmission.\n

It will list the event<\/em>, user<\/em>, Domain<\/em>, From Address<\/em>, Sender<\/em>, sent time<\/em>, sender host<\/em>, sender IP<\/em>, Authentication<\/em>, Spam Score<\/em>, Recipient<\/em>, Delivery user<\/em>, delivery domain<\/em>, delivered to<\/em>, router<\/em>, Transport<\/em>, out time<\/em>, ID<\/em>, delivery host<\/em>, delivery IP<\/em>, size<\/em>, and result<\/em>.<\/li>\n
