Which Data Center is My Server Located in?<\/h2>\n

All of our servers are housed in Data Centers located in the USA and Amsterdam. To find out on which coast (East<\/em> or West<\/em>) your server is located, log into your Account Management Panel to view your Account Technical Details<\/a> and find your server name.<\/p>\n

If the name begins with “ec<\/b>” or “ams<\/b>” (i.e.: ec<\/b>biz###, ams<\/b>res###, ec<\/b>ded###, ams<\/b>ld###) then your server is housed in either the East Coast<\/b> or Amsterdam<\/b> Data Centers respectively.<\/p>\n

Conversely, server names that do NOT<\/u> begin with “ec<\/b>” or “ams<\/b>” (i.e.: biz###, res###, ded###, ld###) are housed in the West Coast<\/b> Data Center.<\/p>\n

For VPS customers, you can use the results of a traceroute<\/a> to determine the server location (following the same naming convention).<\/p>\n
