From AMP you can address many different aspects of your account, from billing to domain registration, to cPanel and WHM access. Here we will go over some of the things you can do for your reseller main account. Keep in mind, AMP is your account, and your customers will not have access to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage my Account Section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/support\/images\/stories\/reseller\/amp\/overview\/01-manage-account.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/support\/images\/stories\/reseller\/amp\/overview\/01-manage-account.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This section covers your billing and customer information. Here you will be able to modify contact and billing information, as well as purchase additional items such as domains and hosting. Below is a subset of the tools in this section that you can use for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><th>WHM<\/th><td>Log into your Web Host Manager (WHM) interface.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Purchase SSL Certificate<\/th><td>Information on how to purchase an SSL certificate for your account.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Simple CSR Request<\/th><td>A tool for generating a CSR for third-party SSL purchases.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Data Restoration Request<\/th><td>Form to request the restoration of files or databases for your main account.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Purchase Dedicated IP<\/th><td>Information on requesting and purchasing a dedicated IP for your sub-accounts. Your main reseller account already has a dedicated IP address.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Request Email Limit Exemption<\/th><td>Form for requesting the ability to send more than 250 emails per hour for your main account.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing WHM via AMP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will spend a lot of time managing your customers\u2019 accounts using WHM. WHM is an admin interface for you only. Your customers will have access to their own cPanels, but not WHM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alert-warning\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> This guide requires WHM access. WHM access is included (at no extra charge) with our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/dedicated-servers\">Dedicated Server<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/vps-hosting\">VPS<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmotionhosting.com\/reseller-hosting\">Reseller hosting<\/a> plans.
