The \u201cOrdering\u201d tab lets you configure a variety of options that will affect how you manage the ordering process for your customers. These steps will apply for VPS, reseller, as well as dedicated web server hosting<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to your WHMCS Admin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Order Days Grace:<\/th>\nThe number of days to allow for payment of an order before being overdue<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Default Order Form Template:<\/th>\nSelect the form layout you wish to use<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sidebar Toggle Option:<\/th>\nTick to enable the display of a sidebar toggle button on Order Form Product Selection Pages<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Enable TOS Acceptance:<\/th>\nIf ticked, clients must agree to your Terms of Service<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Terms of Service URL:<\/th>\nThe URL to your Terms of Service page on your site (eg. https:\/\/www.yourdomain.com\/tos.html)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Auto Redirect on Checkout:<\/th>\nJust show the order completed page (no payment redirect)
    Automatically take the user to the invoice
    Automatically forward the user to the payment gateway<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Allow Notes on Checkout:<\/th>\nTick this box to show a field on the order form where the customer can enter additional info for staff<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Monthly Pricing Breakdown:<\/th>\nTick this box to enable monthly pricing breakdown for recurring terms on the order form<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Block Existing Domains:<\/th>\nTick this box to prevent orders being placed for domains already in your system<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    No Invoice Email on Order:<\/th>\nTick this box to not send an invoice due notice when new orders are placed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Skip Fraud Check for Existing:<\/th>\nTick this box to skip the fraud check for existing clients who already have an active order<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Only Auto Provision for Existing:<\/th>\nTick this box to always leave orders by new clients pending for manual review (no auto setup\/registration)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Enable Random Usernames:<\/th>\nTick this box to generate random usernames for services rather than use the first 8 letters of the domain<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Signup Anniversary Prorata:<\/th>\nProrata products to the clients signup anniversary date if prorata is enabled (ie. all items due on the same date per client)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
