You can now verify Live Support contacts with a Verification Code from your Account Management Panel<\/strong> (AMP). You can still verify your account<\/a> with your passphrase<\/a> or the last four digits of the credit card we have on file. Now, if you would rather not provide that information over a live contact you can grab a random verification code<\/em> from your AMP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow These Steps to Find Your Verification Code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Log into your AMP<\/a>. Next to the Manage My Account<\/em> section you will see your Verification Code <\/strong>Listed.

  2. You can also click the Get Support<\/strong> link at the top right of the page.

  3. You will see your Verification Code<\/strong> listed under the \u201cVerification Code for Live Calls and Chats<\/em>\u201d section.
