If you are using the secure settings and you are seeing a window pop up that says \u201cMail can\u2019t verify the identify of the server xxxxxx\u201d then follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"article_list\">\n<li><a href=\"\/support\/images\/stories\/macmail-verify-error\/show-cert.png\" rel=\"lightbox-0\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"std_ss\" style=\"float: right; margin: 0px 0px 15px 15px;\" src=\"\/support\/images\/stories\/macmail-verify-error\/show-cert.png\" alt=\"window seen when show certificate clicked\" width=\"200\" align=\"right\"><\/a>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<p>Click on Show Certificate.
