As a reseller you may want to inform your customer of an upcoming event, or post information about a software update, etc. You can create a news announcement or notification that will display in your customer\u2019s cPanel, under Notices<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We will now show you how to add a News Alert, that your customers will see inside their cPanel.<\/p>\n

How to Set Up a News Alert:<\/h2>\n

  1. Login to your WHM<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the search box type: news<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click Modify cPanel & WHM News<\/strong>, it will be listed under cPanel<\/em>.

  4. You will then see a box for entering text, and a message stating \u201cPlease use HTML tags in news. Make sure to use a &ltbr><\/strong> to break lines.\u201d

    Enter the news announcement you want to add in the available field, as the message suggests, you can use HTML tags.<\/p><\/li>\n

  5. Click Save News<\/strong> when you have finished.
