While installing Joomla 3.0 with the Sofataculous installer tool, a database name is automatically suggested and created, most people do not write that information down for later use. How to find your Joomla 3.0 database name<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into your cPanel<\/a> cPanel dashboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Once inside the cPanel, locate and enter the File Manager tool<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Inside the File Manager<\/em>, you will need to navigate to the root folder for your Joomla installation. Unless you are using a subfolder or subdomain, this will likely be your public_html<\/em> folder.<\/li>\n
