Site links are used to navigate to each section of the website generated by PHP-Fusion. \u00a0The site links can be edited or added within the Site Links section of the System Admin settings. \u00a0The following article explains how to use and administer the site links within the Admin Panel of PHP-Fusion.\n<\/div>\n

Adding a New Site Link\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Login to the PHP-Fusion Admin Panel as an Administrator.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the link for the ADMIN PANEL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. \"Icon<\/a>\n

    When the PHP-Fusion Site Admin Pane<\/strong>l appears, look for the icon labeled \u201cSite links<\/strong>\u201c, then click on it. <\/p>\n

  4. \"Add<\/a>\n
    <\/div>\n

    The first option that appears in the middle of the screen is the option to ADD SITE LINK<\/strong>. Click in the field for LINK NAME<\/strong>. \u00a0Type in a name for the link. \u00a0The options below the LINK NAME include: \u00a0Bold, Italics, Underline, and an option to display the image provided in a specific image URL. \u00a0This will option create a [img] tag in the LINK NAME<\/strong>where you must provide an image URL for it to be used for the link. <\/p>\n

  5. \"Shows<\/a>\n
  6. Click on the drop-down arrow for the option labeled VISIBILITY<\/strong>. This option lets you choose who can view the link: \u00a0Public, Member, Administrator, Super Administrator. \u00a0<\/li>\n
  7. \"Current<\/a>\n

    Click on the labeled ORDER<\/strong> to the right of VISIBILITY<\/strong>. The order for a link is determined by the Current Site Links list. \u00a0This can be found directly beneath the ADD LINKS section. \u00a0See the screenshot to the right to see the ORDER\u00a0<\/strong>column. \u00a0Note that these links are ordered with an integer. \u00a0Determine where you want to add your link and type in the number. \u00a0The list will automatically adjust after you have set the number and saved the link. <\/p>\n

  8. Select a POSITION<\/strong> by clicking one of the 3 radial buttons representing the following: \u00a0navigation and panel only, navigation panel and sub-header, sub-header only. \u00a0Bear in mind that the sub-header is a bar that goes across the typ of the website (under the main banner), but it can only fit so much text.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  9. Finally, click on the check box for OPEN LINK IN A NEW WINDOW<\/strong> if that is the behavior you want the link to do when someone clicks on it.<\/li>\n
  10. Click on the SAVE LINK<\/strong> button to complete your new link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Edit and Delete Site Links\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Login to the PHP-Fusion Admin Panel as an Administrator.<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the link for the\u00a0ADMIN PANEL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. When the\u00a0PHP-Fusion Site Admin Pane<\/strong>l appears, look for the icon labeled \u201cSite links<\/strong>\u201c, then click on it.<\/li>\n
    4. When the Site Links<\/strong> appear, scroll down to the section labeled CURRENT SITE LINKS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. \"Edit<\/a>\n

      Click on a EDIT\u00a0<\/strong>for the link that you wish to edit. \u00a0If you intend to DELETE<\/strong>the link, please skip down to step 8. <\/p>\n

    6. The interface that appears is the same as the ADD LINK<\/strong> option described above. \u00a0The main difference is that there will already be information saved to it. \u00a0Click on any of the fields to edit.<\/li>\n
    7. Click on SAVE LINK<\/strong> at the bottom in order to SAVE<\/strong> your changes.<\/li>\n
    8. In order to DELETE<\/strong> the link, click on DELETE<\/strong> next to the LINK NAME<\/strong> in the CURRENT SITE LINKS<\/strong> list.<\/li>\n
    9. You will be given a confirmation query for the deletion. \u00a0Remember that you only have one chance to avoid deleting the option. \u00a0If you\u2019re unsure of the need to delete, make sure that you have made a backup of your website before continuing. \u00a0(See Backing and Restoring your Website Using Softaculous<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>for further details).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
