When using the WYSIWYG editor in WordPress, you can expand the capabilities to allow more options. This expanded area is called the \u201cKitchen Sink<\/em>\u201c. Below will explain the steps to show the \u201cKitchen Sink<\/em>\u201d in WordPress.<\/p>\n

Steps to use the Kitchen Sink<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into the WordPress Dashboard<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. \"Select<\/a>\n

    Go to Posts<\/strong> > All Posts<\/strong>.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

    Click Edit<\/strong> on one of your posts.

    <\/div>\n

    You should see an extra row of options open when you click the Kitchen Sink icon. This extends the functionality of your WYSIWYG editor in your Dashboard. The following options will be available with the Kitchen Sink selected.

    Align Full<\/th>\nFully justify\u2019s paragraph text.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Text Color<\/th>\nChanges text color.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Paste Plain Text<\/th>\nAllows formatting to be removed when pasting content.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Paste from Microsoft Word<\/th>\nKeeps the formatting from Microsoft Word.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Remove Formatting<\/th>\nRemoves all text formatting.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Insert Custom Character<\/th>\nAllows non standard characters to be inserted and HTML entities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
