Another feature in the Moodle 2..3 plugins is the Enrollment plugin<\/strong>. The Enrollment plugin allows the administrator to enable or disable, edit the settings, or uninstall an Enrolment plugin altogether. Common enrolments that are enabled are the Self Enrollment, Cohort Sync, Manual Enrolment, and the Guest access. If the administrator wants to disable the Guest plugin completely, the plugin can be disabled in the Manage Enrol Plugins section of the Moodle Administrator. These are the steps to disable an enrolment plugin.<\/p>\n

Disabling and enabling Enrolment plugins<\/h3>\n

  1. Log into the Moodle Dashboard<\/a><\/li>\n

    Navigate to the Site administration<\/strong> > Plugins<\/strong> > Enrolments<\/strong> > Manage enrol plugins<\/strong> in the settings on the left.

    On the Manage Enrol plugins page, the list of enabled and disabled plugins will show. To disable an enrolement plugin, click the \"hide\" icon<\/strong>. Below is a brief description of what each column is for.

    Available course enrolment plugins<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
    Name<\/th>\nLists the name of the plugin.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Instances \/ enrolments<\/th>\nShows the quantity of instances the Guest user access the site or if the guest is enrolled in any Courses.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Enable<\/th>\nClicking the\u00a0\"eye1\"\u00a0icon enables and the\u00a0\"shut1\"\u00a0disables the plugin from functioning.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Up\/Down<\/th>\nMoves the Enrolement Plugin to a different position in the list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Settings<\/th>\nLinks to the plugin settings where the plugin can be configured<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Uninstall<\/th>\nUninstall\u2019s the plugin from the Moodle site.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
