After you have <a href=\"\/support\/edu\/prestashop\/enable-merchandise-return\/\">enabled<\/a> the ability for customers to create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) you will need to know how to proceed when one is issued. All returns will be listed in the top portion of the screen. New returns carry the status <em>Waiting for Confirmation<\/em>. A customer is not to send the return until it is confirmed or denied. This immediately changes the status within the customer\u2019s interface. The order details within the back office will now also show a return item.
