This is a simple setting that can be turned on or off as needed. Disabling a customer\u2019s login in the back office of PrestaShop 1.5 is as simple as the following steps.<\/p>\n

To disable a user\u2019s login in PrestaShop 1.5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 admin dashboard.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. <\/strong>Use the top menu bar and hover over the Customers <\/strong>tab, then click on the Customers <\/strong>option from the popup menu.

  3. You are now on the Customers : Customers <\/strong>screen. Locate the customer you would like to edit and click on the Edit <\/strong>icon (the one that looks like a pencil and paper) on the right hand side of the respective row.
