Configuring the delayed shipping option in PrestaShop is one of the many order settings you can configure<\/a>. The Delayed Shipping option, if enabled, allows a customer to split their order into two parts if there are any products on back order. The customer will immediately be sent one order with the items that are in stock, while the back ordered items will be sent once they arrive.<\/p>\n

To set the Delayed Shipping option in PrestaShop 1.5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 dashboard.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Preferences <\/strong>tab and select the Orders <\/strong>option.<\/li>\n
  3. From the Preferences : Orders<\/strong> screen, find the Delayed Shipping<\/strong> field and select either Yes <\/strong>to allow the customer\u2019s order to be split, or No <\/strong>to keep the entire order as one shipment. The default setting for this option is No<\/strong>.
