This should already be configured for you, but if not, you will need to set a record that is pointing to the IP address of the server. There are several options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The secure hostname of the server:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>secureXX.inmotionhosting.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>secureXX.servconfig.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their domain or subdomain that points to an IP address on the server:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mail.mydomain.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mydomain.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alert alert-danger\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>Important:\u00a0<\/strong>If this is not configured correctly, the user will\u00a0<strong>not be able to receive email,<\/strong>\u00a0and all inbound emails will fail.<\/span> Emails that fail to deliver will appear in the logs section below as failed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After setting the target to one of the above options, leave the port as 25 and weight as 10.
