We will execute server moves in waves to minimize downtime, scheduled outside of regular business hours. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers will be notified of their specific move dates via email, with multiple reminders sent as the date approaches. Individual notifications for each move wave will be sent to those hosted on multiple servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reasons for the Move<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enhanced Team Support:<\/strong> By relocating to a facility with more staff on-site, we enhance our ability to provide fast and effective responses whenever needed. More staff on-site means quicker resolutions and better management of our infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Upgraded Facilities:<\/strong> The new data center offers advanced facilities with the latest data center technology, which significantly enhances our hosting capabilities.
