If you are an InMotion Hosting customer and your account has been suspended, the page you\u2019re probably looking for is our Account Suspensions<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHM allows you to suspend \/ unsuspend accounts<\/strong>. This is typically only used when an account you manage reaches a delinquent billing status or is abusing resources on the server. When you suspend an account, traffic to the websites on the cPanel account in question will be redirected to a generic account suspension page. When the account is then unsuspended, this redirect will be removed automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article pertains to WHM, a feature only available to VPS Hosting<\/a>, Dedicated Hosting<\/a>, and Reseller Hosting<\/a> users. Shared Hosting<\/a> users do not have WHM access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Suspend or Unsuspend an account:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Both Suspending and Unsuspending an account are managed from within the same place in WHM. To suspend \/ unsuspend an account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into your WHM<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Click Manage Account Suspensions<\/b> under <\/span>Account Functions<\/em> in the left menu of WHM.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Select the account in question by clicking on either the username or the main domain on the account. If you are suspending an account, you can place a note in the box to help remember why it was suspended.<\/li>
  4. Click on either Suspend<\/b> or Unsuspend<\/b>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
