Force HTTPS in CMS Made Simple

Security should always be a priority. Get started the right way with strong passwords and installing a free or paid SSL certificate on your domain. Below we cover how to set CMS Made Simple to always force HTTPS by default.

Force HTTPS

1. Log into CMS Made Simple.
2. On the left, click Site Admin, then Settings – Content Manager.
3. Click New Page Defaults.
4. Under Is this page secure?:, select Yes.
   

Force HTTPS for a Page

1. On a content page, click Options.
2. Check the box to Use HTTPS for this page.
