My website and emails are down

We can't access our website, our CPANEL and our emails doesn't work. Ping to our domain and to our server gets no response

Hello desenvolimento, Sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your site. I checked your site and was able to access the site, the cpanel, and the webmail area without issue. If your ping and trace is not going through your IP address may be blocked. You will need to get your IP address (you can simply type "IP" in Google and it will return your address) and send both that and the ping trace results to our Live Support team. Be sure to verify the email with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. They will be able to check and see if your IP is blocked and if they can unblock it for you. Kindest Regards, Scott M
