Bad Configuration File, theme installation

I am newbie to Prestashop I am trying to install theme to Prestashop 1.6.0.14 but every time I am getting Bad Configuration File error
So far I have tried by reading forum to re-zip my theme, change location of theme, re arrange theme, module and config file but all in vain

Any help will be appreciable.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about a bad configuration file error when installing a PrestaShop theme. Here is a link to a post in the PrestaShop forums, where they are discussing possible solutions. Also, make sure there aren't any existing theme files, such as in this similar question.
