How to install SVN source control software on dedicated hosting?

How can I install SVN source control software? When I try to install SVNManager via Softalicous I get an error trying that that httpdpassword directory doesn't exist? I can't proceed.

Hello msuman, Thank you for contacting us about installing SVN software on a dedicated server. I am getting the same error when installing SVNManager via softaculous, even with their official demo. Since the installation does not seem to work in Softaculous, you will have to install this manually. Here is a link to the official SVNManager installation guide. (Make sure your server environment meets the minimum requirements). They recommend installing via SSH.
