I downloaded the Jetpack pluggin to use with my site, but it will not allow me to connect it. I keep getting an error message that states my site needs to be publicly accessible. Can you please help? Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about issues setting up Jetpack. I recommend checking the File Permissions to make sure your files are accessible. Here are the typical permissions: public_html - 750 Folders - 755 CGI and Perl scripts - 755 .html .php and other Document Types - 644 Putting WordPress in Debug Mode may help provide a more detailed message. Also, as a test try, you can try disabling mod_security. Then, try and connect Jet Pack again. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul B
