Virtual Product Upload Not Working

I am building a a store with Prestashop. My business is audio samples. My file sizes range from 100mb - 1 gb. I was told before I paid for inmotion and prestashop that I would be able to do use prestashop to sell my virtual products and that file size was not an issue. I cannot upload my files and get nothing but error msgs.

Via the product page, when I get to the "Virtual Product" tab there is a "File" upload bar and under that bar it says "Upload a file from your computer (8.00MB max). I followed the tutorial on how to change the file size via the uploader.php file in the file manager and spent a good 2 hours on tech support chat in which someone tried to help me fix the issue as well.

Both "Uploader.php and PHP.ini" have both been changed to allow for a larger upload but my prestashop still says 8MB max and I cannot upload my files.

It gets to about 41% with a 330mb file and then I get this:

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/admin123/index.php
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help!!!

Hello, Thank you for your question about uploading a product in PrestaShop. Since this is not a server limitation, you may be hitting a limit within the PrestaShop settings. Enabling error reporting may provide more detailed clues into the cause of the problem. Please provide any additional errors that may display. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul B
