Can You Provide Redundancy for ecbiz97?

ecbiz97 has been having problems in the last few days. We have our website there. I understand things can go wrong on a computer, but we have very unhappy it is taking so long for the problems to be resolved.


We are in your LAUNCH shared hosting program.


Is it possible for you to provide failover/redundancy for this program? Either by expanding such redundancy into LAUNCH or for us to move up to another program level.

Hello,

We have already done so and your website is currently up. Please keep in mind that the copy that is currently live may be severely out dated. This is just temporary while we get the original servers hardware back up.
