Didn't back up database

Hello, I didn't do any backups of my database and lost some important files I was wondering if Inmotion might by chance have made a backup of my database and if so if I could retrieve the files I lost?

Thank you for your question on database backups. To have a restoration of files or database, you would need to contact our Live Support team within that time frame in order to get the files back.
