Problem with Category Page

Look at the left column. See CATALOG. It's obviously a mess. I can't find any module controlling that. I did an "inspect element" and still can't figure it out.
Can you see where the module is for that? I don't see a catalog block anywhere.

This issue appears to be within the theme. If you collapse the items on the left menu, they all appear fine. When they expand is when they start overrunning the things below them. I'm not sure exactly, but I think the 'div' items need to push down when the items above expand.
