PrestaShop credit card error message
We have recently begun using PrestaShop, and already we have had two cases of customers who got an error message when entering their credit card information, leading them to think the that transaction had not gone through (one cusomter reported that it looked like she could not enter the last digit of the credit card). So both customers tried again to place an order. In both cases, BOTH of the transactions went through and were charged. How can we correct this problem?
