Thank you for contacting us about logging into the Premium Web Builder. The builder uses your cPanel username to login, instead of your email address. You can view your username in AMP, in your technical details.
Your password should have been emailed to you when your account was setup, but you can easily reset the Builder password in AMP if you do not know it.
