I would like to create a basic SPF record per this URL, but the "install the suggested record button" is not there. What can I do to create the SPF record?

Thanks Carlos. The WhatsMyDNS checker didn't show anything relating to my SPF record that I could tell. When I check the Inmotion email deliverability section, I get this:

A “SPF” record does not exist for this domain.

This system does not control DNS for the domain. Contact the person responsible for the “ns2.inmotionhosting.com” and “ns.inmotionhosting.com” nameservers and request that they update the “SPF” record with the following:

Can you tell me how to create and set my SPF record?

Hello. I recommend you contact Live Support as your configuration may require manually editing the SPF TXT record.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding creating a basic SPF record. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing difficulty with this task. If you are not seeing the INSTALL THE SUGGESTED RECORD button, then this means that cPanel has detected the basic SPF already exists for your domain. You can use this third-party tool to lookup the live SPF record. Simply enter your domain (without "www.") and make sure to select TXT from the drop-down menu.

If you would like to modify the existing record, click on the Customize link. This will take you to another page where you can customize the record.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.
