I get an error after logging in to CPanel

Hello,

I get the following error displayed after trying to log in to my cpanel account, using the AMP provided link:

Internal Server Error
500
Can't fork: Cannot allocate memory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/InOut.pm line 40.
cpsrvd/11.46.0.15 Server at vps3786.inmotionhosting.com

What should I do?
