Hello Goran89,

Could you provide us access to your dashboard to replicate the issue? Also have you tried re-installing the jetpack plugin?

Hello Goran89,

I have disabled the mod security rule regarding XML-RPC.php hits with jetpack on your account. Please try to connect with jetpack again to see if the error has been resolved.

Hello,

Thanks for the question. I reviewed your account and there are no server errors to report. If I look at the Apache server log, there are errors there related to mod security rules - but these are not considered server errors that would be reported in the Error log you are reviewing. I was seeing this error:

ModSecurity: Access denied with code 406 (phase 2). Pattern match "jetpack" at ARGS:

(Note: I removed the domain identifying info)

I investigated the issue and the problem is related to the Jetpack plugin. Are you seeing anything wrong with your plugin? I tested myself and it appeared to be working okay. If you're seeing a problem on your end, we would need a little information on what's happening in order to investigate the issue in more depth. Please provide any information on the problem as well as installation info so that we test it further.

Regards,
Arnel C.
