i cant set up shipping cost
when i set up shipping cost at the checkout it shows this Total products (tax excl.) $198.90

Be sure you have set the proper shipping zones for shipping and handling.
Do you have free shipping enabled at any spot in your configuration?
What specific version of PrestaShop are you running?
When visiting your site and selecting a product, I am prompted to input the destination information (country and province/state). When I do, it gives the shipping costs at 0.00 from different provinces/cities I tried. I do not know which destinations and products this is correct for. Can you give specific information I could test, such as a specific product to a specific area of the country?
