Error 406 when logging into Wordpress site

In my sub-directory (forum.asyouthproductions.com) I am not able to log in. I get the following message after entering login information:
Error 406 - Not Acceptable
Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.

As you suggested to others, I have disabled mod_security, I've checked the error logs (nothing in there) and I continue to get the error message. I also deactivated all of the plugins and have the same problem. I really do not feel comfortable disabling mod-security; but not sure if that matters anyway because even with disabling mod security, I still get the error message. I do not have any problems logging into my main domain which is also a wordpress site. Please advise.

This means that somewhere within your code, there is a security flaw that is blocking a script from executing. As it is affecting your WordPress dashboard, it is most likely related to a plugin. You may disable plugins manually by using the cPanel File Manager and removing the plugin folders from /wp-content/plugins. Once you are back in, you can simply re-enable your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
