files recovery on root folder

Hi i am in trouble please help me. Actually i want to move my root files in directory with name "old" but unfortunately files move to "dev" directory.

Now i want to recover root files put them again on root.but i don't have any backup. it is possible in some way?

Hello, We keep backups on hand for our shared servers as long as the account size is under 10GB. The backups overwrite every 24 hours, and are for recovery of data over the last 24 hour time period. You simply need to make a request to our Live Support Team and they can assist you. Simply advise you need your account files restored from the last backup. Do keep in mind that anything changed (file edits) since then may revert back. Kindest Regards, Scott M
