Spamassassin seems to not be working at all lately.

Is it just me or have others noticed that spamassassin seems to not be working anymore? I've begun getting swamped with phishing emails, most for the same thing with different return addresses (all a variant of the others) and yet my spamassin seems to never catch any of them, regardless of how I reconfigure the settings. (I've even attempted to set the catch score at zero ("0") which should theoretically catch everything and still spam comes in. This seems to have just begun within the past several weeks or so. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did you go about correcting it?

Hello, You are the first person to report this type of behavior with SpamAssassin. I am not aware of anythign wrong with the software itself. It may be something on your server or even with your particular hosting account. In order to check on that, you will want to contact our Live Support team so they can look into that for you. Kindest Regards, Scott M

I have noticed it, too. I have had this same email address - that is NOT on any "contact form" on my website and in fact is not even on my website - for years, but in the last 6- 8 weeks I have been inundated with literally hundreds of obvious spam per day - when for the previous several years I hardly got any at all at this address. It has disturbed me so much that, when I got my renewal notification from inmotion, I started looking around for other hosts. Now that I see the only way to get any online "help" is to log in with "social media" that has pretty much decided it for me - I'm going elsewhere in October.
