Transfering databases for videos and thumbnails from Amazon S3

What are the steps to export and create a new database for all my video files and thumbnails from my cloud S3 buckets?
I only code at a rudimentary level, so clear simple steps would be much appreciated.

Although I have never used it, there does appear to be a piece of software that easily allows you to download the full contents of Amazon S3 buckets. The software and instructions on using it may be found on the S3 browser official documentation.
