What do I do now?

Hi.
I could not find help on FAQ, that's why I'm here...
I bought a wordpress theme on Envato and at the end I got two choices: download or host it, so I choose to host with you, but I got no e-mail confirmation so ever and I really don't know what should I do now...
I have to wait? There was some problem and actually I didn't finnish the hosting?
I need to know what's the next step...
