Add firewall rule request and unexpected change password to database

Hello

I have two requests for our server.

1. Please, add rule to firewall that allows connect with in.mailjet.com on port 25. We use this service to send e-mails from our server.

2. Recently we change password to database, but it has been restored. Could You check why? I have no idea how this could occur.
