When I go to BackUps and look at the Full Backup option, it tells me that I have no backups available. However, when I click on "Download or Generate A Full BackUp" I see a list of the backups that I've created. Why don't I see this list on the earlier screen?

Hello, and thank you for the question. It's a bit confusing, but the backups that would show in the Full Backup section under Account Backups in cPanel, would display any automatic backups done at the server level. When you click on Download or Generate a Full Website Backup, these are backups that you yourself as a cPanel user have created. With our automatic backup service we backup accounts directly to a remote backup server for storage. This is why we don't run the automated backups in cPanel for each user, as it is slower while live traffic is going to all the customer's websites. Please let us know if you had any other questions at all! - Jacob
