Wordpress error 404 problem
I installed wordpress on cherilewisg.com and en.cherilewisg.com. I can access both, and the en.cheri...com site works fine, but I get error 404 on the cherilewisg site. Today I exported all data from the original to the en.cheri...com, all pages worked and then after the cherilewisg.com did not. I;ve tried changing .htaccess but that hasn't worked either. How do I get pages to work?
I took a long look at both sites, and one of them (the cherilewisg.com) site was going to an index page, but I also noticed that the site URL was set to: "http://cherilewisg.com/notas-recientes". I removed the subdomain and the site was up and running again.
I did also double-check the permalinks. I simply renamed the index file, so it still remains in your files. I hope this is helps to resolve the issue for you. Please let us know if you require further assistance.
