on my pc, now i get logged out of my WP sites after a day, when i used to remain logged in for a week or more. can i set something to remain logged in to my sites?

This is partially controlled by your browser and partially controlled by WordPress itself in how long it keeps the session. If you need to extend the amount of time that WordPress keeps the session alive, take a look at the configure-login-timout plugin.
