Why is my email failing this morning?

Log on to the mail server is failing this morning. I have no access to email but my web browser is working so apparently it is on your end. I have looked up my login information and am using the right information.

Hello, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help, but will need more information to assist you. Are you getting any errors? What are the errors? What are you using to connect? Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail? Have you tried restarting the program? Are you able to login to Webmail in your browser? If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
