Certificate Error on Login

When I try to get into webmail, it is suggested I not enter my password due to mismatched addresses.
The error says that the security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different websites address. Please advise how I am to proceed.

Hello, and thanks for the question. If you would like to login to webmail securely and not run into any errors, you would want to utilize the shared SSL certificate on the server, and not your own domain. For instance, if your domain was example.com and you tried to access webmail with https://example.com/webmail, you would receive a SSL domain mis-match error. The connection would still be secure, but your browser is alerting you of this mis-match, and you should get re-directed to the secure shared SSL version of webmail. You can find your server name in cPanel, and if your server was biz136 for instance, your secure URL for webmail would look like https://secure136.inmotionhosting.com/webmail. If you bookmark that address, you should also be able to get to webmail securely without getting the SSL domain mis-match warning in your browser first. Alternately, you can purchase an SSL for your specific domain, which will allow you to successfully access this from your site URL, such as example.com/cpanel, or example.com/whm. Please let us know if you are still having any issues or have any further questions at all! - Jacob
