Can i install OSQA on my account

I want to install this software but it is not available in your catalog.
Please let me know if i can install it.

From taking a look at their software, it does appear that you would need SSH access as well as internal server changes to be able to run it which would require a VPS with root access. This software would not be able to run on shared hosting or via a one-click installer and would need to be manually installed via a command line, but it can be done if you are familiar with a Linux shell. If you need to upgrade your account, or request root access, you may do so directly from within AMP at any time.
