Email from a Yahoo acct is being blocked only when sent to email accounts hosted by Inmotion.

The yahoo acct can send and receive to and from other yahoo, gmail or other hosted accounts. The only mail being blocked is on a hosted inmotion server...
error message is as follows : I have these for the tests done on the diff accts - but same general results - blocked...
Remote host said: 550 is in an RBL, see Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?98.136.217.20" [RCPT_TO]

Hello cjim11, Thank you for your question. Our spam filter blocks incoming email from blacklisted IP address, and your yahoo mail IP (98.136.217.20) is currently listed on several blacklists, as can be seen here: http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a98.136.217.20&run=toolpage I was able to determine this IP address is owned by Yahoo, by performing a Whois lookup Here is a link to our guide that explains why Why mail servers get blacklisted. UnfortunateIy, we cannot change the IP since it is not owned by us. I recommend forwarding this bounce message to Yahoo, so they can request removal from the blacklists. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul
