I'm trying to send emails from [email protected] but I get the following response email: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: host kritsia.gr [198.46.90.134]: 550-"JunkMail rejected - res140.servconfig.com [216.194.169.63]:47081 is in an 550 RBL, see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=216.194.169.63" ..and when I send to my hotmail account I get this: his message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=1693: host mx4.hotmail.com [65.55.37.72]: 550 OU-002 (COL0-MC1-F42) Unfortunately, messages from 216.194.169.63 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

This is caused by blacklist providers blocking you due to suspected spam coming into their servers originating from the server that houses your account. While we monitor all servers to prevent this as much as possible, it it can be blacklisted occasionally as what they have listed is not under our control. It does, however, appear that they have removed the server from their blacklists and mail should now be delivered normally. If you receive these messages any time in the future, you may also use the bounceback parser tool which will analyze the bounceback message, give you a detailed explanation as to why it is happening, as well as has the ability to open a ticket with Technical Support; all instantly.
