Installing WebBuilder with existing WP site

Howdy, what are the consequences of installing WebBuilder after I have a Wordpress theme up and running? I just completed a backup and wondered if Builder will erase my WP files. Thank you.

The builder will indeed overwrite all of your existing site files. I highly recommend WordPress over the builder as it can become as simple or as advanced as you like, plus there are a whole lot more themes and plugins available for it.
