Hello, Thanks for the question. In order to install these programs you would normally request it by contacting our live technical support team through a verified email. Verification occurs by providing either the last 4 digits of the credit card or Account Management Panel (AMP) password in the email. If you want to install it yourself, then you would need to have root access to the server. We do not have any articles on mCrypt, but we do have the following tutorials for both Memcache and APC cache.
